- Within any rolling 12 month period.
- Within your qualifying year. If an Etihad Guest Member attains his Tier on 15July’18, he/she would have to earn the required number of Tier Miles or Tier Segments to retain his tier from the said date until 31 July’19.
- Applicable only when you attain the tier and not upon renewal of the tier.
- Applicable to guests that are travelling on all Etihad Airways operated flights. Excluding discounted tickets.
- Bookable in the highest Economy and Business class fare (Corporate fares or Abu Dhabi Goverment Employees Travel Programme discounts are not allowed). Multi-flyer tickets are not eligible for this benefit.
- Applicable to guests that are travelling on Etihad Airways, Air Serbia Air Seychelles and select Etihad Partner operated flights (Check the respective partner airline page to confirm eligibility).
- Etihad Guest Gold and Platinum members when travelling on Etihad Airways operated flights may access our worldwide lounges (excluding skyteam and oneworld lounges).
- This service can be offered if the facility is available and permitted by local authorities.
- You can nominate one other person to act on your behalf and manage your account.
- First Class lounge access in Abu Dhabi International Airport is only for Etihad Guest Platinum members travelling on Etihad Airways operated flight. Similarly Business class lounge access is available for Etihad Guest Gold members only when travelling on Etihad Airways Operated flights. Gold Guests travelling on Air Seychelles and Air Serbia operated flights will be able to use the Al Reem lounge (Check the respective partner airline page to confirm eligibility).
- Etihad Guest Members who have attained an Etihad Guest Tier Status after 8 October 2017, your status is valid for: one year for Etihad Guest Silver, Etihad Guest Gold and Etihad Guest Platinum Members.
- From 1 October 2017, Silver members no longer receive Al Reem lounge access in Abu Dhabi & Belgrade Nikola Tesla Intl Airport when travelling on Air Serbia marketed and operated flights.
- Air Serbia’s Premium Lounge at Nikola Tesla Airport operates, from 5am to 8pm daily . During non-operating hours, eligible Etihad Guest frequent flyers will be able to use the lounge facility operated by the airport (Nikola Tesla Lounge) in the transit area between gate A4 and A5.
- Silver, Gold and Platinum discount is only valid on instant upgrades performed at the airport and will be calculated at the time of request based on the fare class booked. Mileage values for instant upgrades are subject to change without prior notice.
- Etihad Guest Silver, Gold or Platinum member you will be will be able to utilize the baggage benefit to check-in a bag, when travelling on a hand baggage only deal fare
- Only on flights operated by Air Serbia (service not available for flights to/from North America). Excess baggage allowance for our Etihad Guest Platinum, Gold and Silver members will not apply if the guest has purchased Economy White or a fare that does not include baggage (baggage can be added against a fee as per Air Serbia excess baggage charges).
