Every journey has its rewards. The Heathrow Rewards loyalty programme rewards you for everything you do at Heathrow. Present your card every time you spend to collect points on shopping, eating, and drinking and even taking the Heathrow Express.
Etihad Guest Members must be members of the Heathrow Rewards programme in order to earn and transfer Heathrow Rewards points to Etihad Guest Miles – allowing members to fly free sooner or take out a reward from 3,500 products on the Reward Shop.

How you'll earn miles
Etihad Guest Members must be members of the Heathrow Rewards programme in order to earn and transfer Heathrow Rewards points to Etihad Guest Miles.
Join Heathrow Rewards now and you’ll receive 100 Heathrow Reward points when you register. And a further 2,500 points when you spend £150 or more or 1,000 points when you spend £75 or more and use your Heathrow Rewards card. Remember to add promotion code EGAPR17 when you register to qualify for this offer.
Points can then be transferred to miles at a ratio of 1 Heathrow Reward Point equating to 1 Etihad Guest Mile. Members must transfer a minimum of 250 points and can continue to convert in multiples of 250.
Terms and conditions
- Etihad Guest members must be Heathrow Rewards members in order to be able to transfer their points to miles.
- Accrual of Heathrow Rewards points are governed by the opens in a new windowTerms and Conditions of the Heathrow Rewards programme.
- Members must transfer a minimum of 250 points to miles and can transfer more points in multiples of 250.
- Heathrow Rewards points cannot be collected on tobacco products, selected other products or in certain outlets, see the programme opens in a new windowTerms and Conditions for full details of qualifying expenditure.
- The tier match to Premier status for co brand card holders will be subject to verification.
- The bonus points offer is available to new members of the Heathrow Rewards programme only who join using the above link or register their card and enter promo code EGAPR17 before 31 December 2017.
- 2,500 points will be awarded when £150 or more of qualifying expenditure is made OR 1,000 points will be awarded when £75 or more of qualifying expenditure is made in a single day 31 December 2017 and the Heathrow Rewards card is used.
