Convert your points to miles
To transfer your Citibank PremierMiles or Citibank Reward Points follow the instructions given below:
- Login to your Citibank online account.
- Select ‘Account’ tab on the top menu.
- Select your PremierMiles Credit Card.
- Click the ‘View Rewards’ link near the card image.
- Click on ‘Rewards Catalog’, choose ‘Travel’ and confirm.
- Fill in the ‘Miles Transfer form’ and confirm.
Terms and conditions
- Please allow a minimum of 10 business days* for your PremierMiles or Citibank Reward Points to be exchanged to Etihad Guest Miles.
- Once the Etihad Guest Miles transfer request is initiated it cannot be transferred back to your Citi Miles account.
- The privilege to exchange PremierMiles or Citibank Reward Points is only available to Citibank customers who have enrolled in the Etihad Guest programme.
