• The Card member agrees that he must also be a member of Etihad Guest programme before he can transfer his Boubyan Points to miles.
• The Card member further acknowledges and agrees that usage of his Boubyan points to redeem for Etihad Guest Miles will be subject to such terms and conditions, as may be imposed by Boubyan Bank and/or the Etihad Guest.
• No cancellation of the transfer request is allowed. Boubyan Points cannot be credited back once the transfer from Boubyan Bank to Etihad Guest is complete and successfully processed.
• To enable transfer of Boubyan Points to Etihad Guest, the Card member's current Boubyan Points balance must be at least equal to
  1. The minimum Boubyan Points required to enable the transfer, and
  2. Total Boubyan points required by the Card member to achieve the Etihad Guest Miles’ equivalent required in value.
• It is entirely the Card member's responsibility to provide authentic and accurate information with respect to his Etihad Guest number and/or other account details required to successfully transfer the Boubyan Points to the Etihad Guest Miles. Boubyan Bank will not be liable for any Boubyan Miles transferred based on inaccurate information provided by the Card member.
• The transfer request once initiated and successfully registered either by calling the Boubyan Bank Call Center or Boubyan Bank Loyalty portal will take up to 6 weeks to show in Etihad Guest membership if the same has been provided accurately.
• All other terms of use apply per Etihad Guest programme and also Boubyan Bank product terms and conditions.
• Boubyan Bank will not be responsible or hold liability for any miles that have been credited and the use of the same thereon after successful credit has been done.
